The Olivier Awards 2026 with Cunard will take place on Sunday 12 April at the Royal Albert Hall in London, shining a spotlight on the last 50 years of the awards, with amazing performances from the biggest and brightest shows, a dazzling array of stars and special moments to celebrate our 50^th anniversary. 

Public tickets are now available to purchase via the Royal Albert Hall website. Further information on how to watch the awards on prime-time BBC will be announced closer to the ceremony date.

Established in 1976, the Olivier Awards celebrate the world-class status of London theatre and are Britain’s most prestigious stage honours. The awards were previously known as the Society of West End Theatre Awards (or SWET Awards!), before being renamed in 1984 after Laurence Olivier, in recognition of his contribution to British theatre both as an actor and a director.
